Dida tablets are based on a traditional Swedish cinnamon herbal formulation including peppermint oil, which has been shown to help maintain a healthy digestion and reduce gas, pressure and bloating after meals. Gas, burping, and bloating are all normal conditions related to the break down of foods in your stomach and intestines

Dosage
3 tablets daily in connection with a meal, taken with a glass of water, for a period of 30 days. Thereafter 1-2 tablets a day.
